The following support functions are included in the study: 1) Computer Operations to include System Administration; Help Desk Operations; Computer Facility Support (Physical Security, Electrical maintenance/planning and ADPE accounting); and Operating System Software/Hardware (System Performance Analysis and Tuning, Dispatch technicians to customer locations for installations and problem resolution, Maintain Hardware and Software Operating System and Configuration Control) AND 2) Applications Software Technical Support to include: Acquisition Oversight; Database Engineering & Administration; Software Maintenance; Software Configuration Management;Software Process Improvement (Software Project Management, Software Engineering, and Database Management/Engineering), Technology Insertion AND 3) Organizational support functions to include: Training, Work Group Management, and Process Improvement through contract support.
