Z -- REPLACEMENT OF HVAC SYSTEM, USCG LORAN-C STATION, RAYMONDVILLE, TX SOL DTCG82-99-Q-3WC053 DUE 012899 POC Ms. Pat Dixon (305) 278-6725 SYNOPSIS: This project includes the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment and materials to provide and install air handling units, condenser units, heat pumps, ductwork and accessories, refrigerant and condensate piping, controls, electrical work and demolition work. Work consists of replacing two 20-Ton Condensors and Air Handlers with one 30-Ton Condensor and Air Handler. Operation and Maintenance Manuals, as well as Manufacturer's Operating Instruction Manuals, shall be provided and will become the property of the U. S. Coast Guard. Location of this project is U. S. Coast Guard Loran-C Station, Raymondville, Texas. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business. This solicitation/purchase order will incorporate all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-08. The SIC Code is 1711 and the size standard is $7.0.
