Salient Characteristics: The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to implement an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for an estimated 1714 employees. The service includes licensed clinicians to provide employees and supervisors with direct training, counseling, and guidance to solve a myriad of emotional and behavioral problems (especially those related to work conduct and performance. Services are to be performed within a five (5) mile radius of the northwest corner (6th Avenue and Union Boulevard) of the Denver Federal Center, Denver, Colorado. Performance period is for one basic year, plus two one-year options for a total of three years.
