Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to remove approximately 1974 square feet of multi-ply built-up roof membrane system to the metal edged tongue and groove concrete decking. Remove approximately 193 linear feet of fascia/gravel stops. Repair approximately 10 linear feet of soffit to its original configuration. Install approximately 1974 square feet of new taper insulation materials and a thermoplastic reinforced fully adhered membrane roof system. Install 193 linear feet of new metal fascia flashing work. Unit Work Item A: Any of the tongue & groove concrete decking found to be unsound shall be replaced based on per square foot cost (6' X 20'); Unit Work Item B: Remove all existing roof membrane system as asbestos containing material.
