The period of performance is to begin on or about May 21, 1999 through August 1999, and presently scheduled to be accomplished in nine (9) weekend move phases. The contractor will provide manpower, transportation and equipment related to moving services of boxed and crated contents, furniture, computers and shelving units. The contractor will move approximately 100 -- 150 employees each weekend move. The pre-bid conference, property inspection and walk-through will be conducted on Saturday, January 23, 1999 @ 10:00 a.m., in the lobby of 1800 G Street, NW, Washington, DC.
