The Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for One (1) laboratory-scale high pressure capillary rheometer for research and development purposes. The unit must be able to determine the flow characteristics (apparent shear rate vs. apparent shear stress) of highly filled polymers. Delivery Schedule -- 150 days after date of contract. Training will be required 30 days after installation, 2 days for 3 people, to include 2 operator manuals. Award will be made based upon the best value to the government considering: Technical comprehension, use of equipment with energetic materials, past performance and price.
