NRTF Lualualei, is a VLF, LF and HF transmitter facility; however, VLF and LF transmitters will not be part of this contract; NRTF Barrigada, has HF and MF transmitters, and fiber optic/landlines systems; SATCOM Wahiawa and SATCOM Guam have AN/FSC-78B, AN/FSC-79A, and AN/USC-38 satellite systems. Top Secret and COMSEC security clearances required. Performance is estimated to begin 1 Oct 99 at NRTF Lualualei and NRTF Barrigada for a base year and three option years. Performance estimated to begin 1 Oct 00 at SATCOM Guam for a base period of eleven months and two option years.
