Collection and analysis of samples and other general construction, documentation, evaluation, and analysis of records associated with all such work activities on various projects located within the boundaries of the Alabama River, Black Warrior-Tombigbee River, Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway, or various shallow draft inland navigation projects. General construction projects to be inspected may include those located within the geographical areas of responsibility of the Tuscaloosa Site Office and Columbus Site Office. Resultant contract will consist of the base year and options for four(4) additional years. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual receipts of $5 million or less for the last three (3) years.
