Work shall include: site work; concrete foundation and floor slab; structural steel frame; precast concrete tilt-up panel walls; preformed metal roofing and fascia panels; building mechanical, electrical communications, and fire detection systems; site utilities; asphaltic concrete pavements; concrete aprons and walks; and landscaping. Construction shall be type N, non-combustible. Projected length of construction is 210 calendar days. The construction contract will be firm fixed-price between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
