The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0023 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 North Main Street, Stratford, CT to procure various improvements and flight testing of the SH-60R. The contractor will design, develop, and integrate H-60 service life extension improvements; right-hand extended pylon provisions and wing; vibration absorber system; forward-looking infrared provisions and turret mass; Block II avionics racks; representative weights and masses into an aircraft. The contractor will instrument and flight-test the aircraft.
