Meeting room should be set-up in a classroom format consisting of rows of tables with not more than 2-chairs at each table facing towards the front of the room. Classroom is needed from June 29, 99 thru July 1, 99. The facilities must be able to provide: Each sleeping room must be equipped with one queen size bed or 2-double beds, small refrigerator, microwave, work area, iron and ironing board, daily housekeeping services. Must meet fire and safety codes. Award will be based on technical proposals and price. All interested parties must submit a written quote within 15 calender days of the date of publication of this notice. There is no solicitation or RFQ for this order.
