ESTIMATED COST RANGE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. Project AJXF 96-1520 consists of providing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations necessary to renovate/repair Buildings 1374 and 1375. The work includes but is not limited to: Demolish pump stations 1364 and 1372 to minimum 2'-6" below finish grade and backfill and compact abandoned basement area. Provide landscaping between Buildings 1374 and 1375. Interior renovation includes complete new mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems. New interior walls and architectural finishes will redefine the spaces. New doors and windows, trim and ceilings are all part of the work. Interior perimeter walls are furred for new insulation. Building 1374 shall receive a new standing seam metal roof. Demolition includes all work necessary to allow for new work and removal and disposal of same off-site. Total contract performance period is 210 calendar days. The proposed procurement is being issued as an unrestricted acquisition and is subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7008, Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns Construction Acquisitions Test Program. Award will be made to the offeror who the Government determines can best accomplish the necessary work to satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFP in a manner most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. Offer guarantee required.
