The project consists of the construction of a 69,680 GSF Composite Medical Facility Alteration/Dental Clinic Addition (6,800 GSF addition and 62,880 GSF alteration). The existing building is a single story, structural steel with masonry structure built in 1967. The addition will be a continuous extension on the north (front) side of the existing facility. The addition will consist of a reinforced concrete foundation on auger placed grout piles and slab, with a structural steel frame and masonry exterior. The alteration will include the complete renovation of the interior of the facility. A new standing seam metal roof will be constructed over the existing flat roof. The project includes all necessary supporting facilities (utilities, communications, parking, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, landscaping and storm drainage). Asbestos and lead-based paint abatement will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Network Analysis System will be required.
