The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a Sole Source Contract to the Federal Reserve Bank, Omaha Branch, for one base period and two option periods under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). This determination has been made because the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) provides the following services at no cost to the BEP: 1) On-site storage space for a maximum of nine million pieces of material. 2) Sort, pack and process request for materials, 3) Mail all requested materials. The BEP will only reimburse the FRB for actual costs of mailing the materials. Items to be stored and mailed include the following: 1. Posters, large and small 2. Brochures 3. Press kits 4.
