DITCO expects an additional eight requirements for INMARSAT Mini "M" usage with NERA world phone terminals requiring STRATOS STU-III algorithm supporting the Navy. As yet, no solicitation number has been assigned for the Navy requirements. The government does not own the specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
