AMENDMENT TO BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT (BAA)#98-01 LABORATORY INTEGRATED DELIVERY SYSTEM (LIDS) The closing date for submission of "Concept Papers/Proposals" in response to Broad Agency Announcement BAA #98-01 is hereby extended until May 28, 1999. DSCP intends to review and evaluate all concept papers submitted by the closing date of May 28, 1999 no later than September 24, 1999. Awards to any and all those detemined to be acceptable will be made no later than September 30, 1999. The Government reserves the right to select for award any, all or some of the responses received or any, all or some portion of the responses received. Concept papers may be submitted any time prior to the closing date of this announcement. This announcement will close at 3:00 PM, May 28, 1999.
