These software products are being migrated from the DMC Rock Island, IL to the DMC St. Louis MO. Date of the upgrade is the date of contract award that is anticipated for 16 Dec 98. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license upgrade must indicate their interest within 5 days of this announcement.
