Cunningham, 304-726-5047 The primary effort is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment, and materials to fabricate and deliver one coordinate measuring system (CMS) which will be utilized to precisely measure and report three-dimensional tooling and/or product attributes. The system is to be capable of data analyses in conjunction with appropriate model files. The system is to be portable to allow for in-process and/or post-process measurements. The CMS shall consist of all hardware, software and control systems necessary for a complete working system. The CMS shall be capable of measuring objects up close and as far away as 50 feet, with an accuracy of 0.001-inch at 15 feet. Estimated value of the purchase is between $250,000 and $400,000.
