The work is located in the family housing areas, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, and Marine Corps Air Station, New River, Jacksonville, North Carolina. Total Indefinite Quantity Type Contract to be awarded for a period of 12 months commencing within 15 days after award. The Government may extend the term of the contract for a term of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is 100% smalll business set aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
