Description of work: Abrasive blast and paint exterior; paint exterior markings; sweep blast and paint operating level; sweep blast & paint fwd, aft and main ballast tanks; install stud mounted zincs exterior (port & stbd) & interior tanks; remove old wood baced seals & install new rubber seals; ndt port, stbd, keel & stems; remove old amechanical tli's & install new electronic tli's; replace existing steel access ramps with alum; relocate fwd & aft shore power connections; replace rubber on all hatches & repair knife edges.
