The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking sources that can provide lease of 18 TI Frame Circuits at various locations in Idaho, New Mexico, Washingon, Utah and Colorado; 15-either 56KB or 64KB Frame Relay Circuits at various locations in Idaho, South Dakota, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico; a 56/64 PBP Circuit 28.8 KBPS LMI in Pendleton, OR; and a 1544 KBPS 512 KBPS TI Frame Access Circuit from Montrose to Grand Junction, CO for a base year with four option years. Exercise of option years will be determined upon need and fiscal year available funding. A detailed description of the circuits is available to interested parties on request. This procurement is for a commercial service and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) prescribed at FAR 13.601. Firms believing they can provide the required services must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish the required specific leased lines to remote sites within the the states listed above without any interruption to the existing service and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost. Initial start-up costs, or any additional costs to ensure uninterrupted service to, or at each site (e.g. parallel services or other means) must be borne by the offeror. The government reserves the right to cancel or modify awarded contract, when warranted, at any time during contract performance period, with 30 days written notice.
