The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking sources to provide lease of a 56BPS Frame Relay circuit from Irwin to Burley Palisades, ID for a base year with four option years. Exercise of option years will be determined upon need and fiscal year availability of funds. This procurement is for a commercial service and is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) prescribed at FAR 13.601. It is not a small business set-aside. Firms believing they can provide the required services must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish the required specific leased line to remote sites within the State of Idaho without any interruption to the existing service and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost. Initial start-up costs, or any other costs to ensure uninterrupted service to, or at the site (e.g. parallel services or other means) must be borne by the offeror.
