The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order with Northrop Grumman Field Support Services, Point Mugu, CA, (NGFSSI) under existing BOA N0019-96-G-0133. This order will be to develop source data for technical data from F-14 previously procured technical software development and then to integrate source data into appropriate technical data that may include tehnical directives and related documentation. Northrop Grumman is the sole designer and manfacturer for the F-14. Having completed all of the previous software develoment thus far, this Contractor is the only known source that possesses the required expertise and requisite corporate and systems knowledge to accomplish these efforts.
