This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) N00102 99-Q-2030. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-06. The associated standard industrial classification code is 7011. The small business size standard is $3.5 million. One (1) lot of rooms is required in support of the SSN 706 to be located in New London, CT for the following dates: 01/04/99 through 02/25/99. An estimated total number of room days is 456. Estimated check out date will be 02/26/99. Only ACTUAL rooms utilized by PNS personnel will be paid for. A minimum of 48 hours notice will be given to the contractor of rooms not being utilized by PNS personnel and sold back. All rooms require a microwave and refrigerator, TV with remote control and individually controlled heat and A/C units by the individual occupying the room.
