These services are for the Nebraska HUD office which is under the Denver HUD Homeownership Center. Example of services to be perfromed are: Sale of all properties assigned are to be closed within the time stipulated by the Sales Contract; Prompt and accurate payment of all closing chares is made; Net proceed of each sale are deposited to a non-interest bearing escrow account and request is initiated for the wire transfer; and complete closing package is submitted to HUD withing two working days of closing. The period of performance is for one year with 2 1-year options. This solicitation will be available for downloading on HUD's Current Contracting Opportunity webpage site at http://www.hud.gov/cts/ctsoprty.html on or after December 21, 1998. Written notification for solicitation copies will be accepted.
