All equipment will be leased for a period of (7) months except the forklift which will be leased for a period of (2) days. Alternate equipment is acceptable but must be of equal capability. The equipment will be delivered and picked-up at the former Naval Training Center Bainbridge, Port Deposit, Maryland starting on or around February 7, 1998.
