The Navy requires Tube Launch Optically Tracked Wired Guide (TOW) 2/2A Missile Ordnance Inhibit Circuits, Improved (MOICI) and MOICI Parts Kits manufactured in accordance with NSWC Crane Statement of Work, U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal drawings, and military specifications. The MOICI activates if a TOW missile becomes uncontrollable after firing. In effect, the MOIC renders the missile inept and directs it downwardly into the ground in the event of malfunction. The items are manufactured from a ceramic casing which contains a pyrotechnic switch, acceleration switch, various wiring assemblies, various adhesives and sealants, etc. A quantity of 2,000 each TOW 2/2A MOICI and Parts Kits are required with an option for an additional 2,000 each MOICI and Parts Kits. Delivery is required within 90 days after award FOB destination with inspection and acceptance at NSWC Crane, IN. Contract award will be based on price and past performance.
