The project shall encompass a total of approximately 8,500 square feet of roofing and approximately 500 linear feet of gutters and downspouts. The estimated magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. RFQ 235-0674 will be issued on or about December 17, 1998 with an anticipated deadline of receipt of bids on or about January 12, 1999 at 2:00 p.m.(CST). This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
