Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking to put in place a purchase order for Appraisal Reviews of Rent Comparability Studies (RCS), utilizing form HUD-92273 in connection with the renewal of Section 8 project-based contracts for the South Carolina State Office. The projected performance period of the purchase order will be December 28, 1998 through September 30, 1999. The total value of the purchase order will not exceed $60,000.00. Selection of the contractor receiving award under this procurement process will be based on capacity to do the required work in the time frame indicated, price, and technical factors that will be included in the Request for Quotations to be issued on or about December 15, 1998.
