Bonner, 440.838.6091 Under the Authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153, Expanded Sharing Authority and in accordance with FAR, Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC)), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio intends to procure services to include the supplies, installation, testing and training of an operational Security Surveillance Television System for the new 800 car parking garage currently under construction. The offeror is required to submit a technical design and proposal for an operational Security Surveillance Television (SSTV) System. The offeror shall interpret the specifications as to provide the minimum or exceed the minimum performance required by the specifications and not necessarily adhere to specific quantities and locations as listed or described in the specifications. The offeror shall provide his/her own design and description of the SSTV providing the greatest function and value for the VAMC. The Contractor shall design, engineer and provide the system freeof engineering, installation, system operation and manufacturing defects that provides a turnkey installation. The system shall be designed, engineered and installed for ease of operation, maintnenance and testing. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the Standard Industrial Code is 7382 and the size standard is $9.0 million. Solicitation will be available on or before December 2, 1998.
