This procurement is for the proposal, fabrication, and acceptance of replacement cooler bundles in accordance with provided drawings. The new bundles shall be identical to the existing bundles in geometry, materials, and function. The bundles form a part of a cooler system in the 16T Wind Tunnel Facility at Arnold Engineering Development Center. The bundles range in size from a minimum of 10' 5-3/8" to a maximum of 23' 5-3/8" in length and 8' 6-3/4" in width. Tubes are 7/8" OD x .065" wall aluminum with 1/2" crimped spiral wound aluminum fins. Delivery will be to Arnold AFB Tennessee within 120 days after written receipt of award. Quantity: eight each. The Request for Proposal will be available on the listed web link on 16 Dec 98.
