The work also includes construction of a one story Child Development Center building (approximately 1,282 Gross Square Meters) complete and ready for use, which is to include concrete foundations and structural frames, concrete and masonry walls, clay tile roofing, interior finishes including carpet, ceramic tile, plaster, suspended acoustical ceilings, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, lighting, power, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, fire detection, communications, kitchen equipment, windows and doors, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, grading, exterior utilities, site improvements, and incidental work.
