Industrial Operations Command has a requirement for contractor to
assist the Watervliet Arsenal (WVA) Data Warehouse Team to provide
technical assistance, guidance and training to the Data Warehouse Team,
provide commercial middleware, data acquisition, models and analysis,
and SQL tools software. Technical assistance will include database
design, data analysis, data acquisition, data cleansing and date
conversion to support data transformation methodologies. Techniques are
to be used to implement a new manufacturing datamart using the selected
modeling and analysis software, data acquisition software and SQL
programming tools. Data transformation to include identification and
implementation of audit requirements, error/exception reporting and
documentation of the data transformation system and the datamart.
Contractor will work with WVA personnel to install and configure at
least one license of all software tools selected on-site at WVA.
Performance period to be spread out over a year's timeframe.
