NASA/MSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Tornado Object Developers License for WIN95/NT MIPS and Windview Diagnostic and Analysis Tool and Annual maintenance and support for Tornado and Windview. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/MSFC intends to purchase the items from Wind River Systems, 1010 Atlantic Ave., Alameda, CA. This sole source is based on FAR 13.106-1(2)(b) and based on system compatibility. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested firms have 7 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities.
