This is an amendment to previous market survey for RT-1625/ARN-153. This market survey is to locate additional sources or alternate sources for the acquisition of and the overhaul and repair of TACAN RT-1625/ARN-153, NSN 5826-01-386-8807, manufactured by Rockwell Collins, Collins Avionics and Communication Division, 350 Collins Rd, NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. Technical data and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs) are not available for acquisition or overhaul and repair, from the Army. Only those offerors who can supply the RT-1625 and meet the total overhaul and repair capability, should respond in writing, to Commander, CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5007. Offerors proof of their ability to meet government requirements shall, as a minimum include the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet UH-60 Helicopter operational requirements; b.) must meet three (3) year performance warranty; c.) musthave depot level technical documentation and test equipment; d.) response must include test result documentation and copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier.
