The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: clean and grout the sanitary laterals, root removal, and chemical pressure routing of sanitary sewer mains; installation of sanitary sewer cleanouts at specified rowhouse units; installation of water lines from existing mains up to, and including, the existing 1 " isolation valve at each of the specified housing units; installation of water main meters and water lateral valves; installation of a screening wall at the highway right-of-way; installation of a community entry sign; street and area lighting; landscaping and specialty paving. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1623. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 270 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $1 million and $5 million. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date.
