The U.S. Army Engineer District, Alaska is conducting a market survey to determine appropriate sources to obtain three (3) or more modular housing units that will require FOB delivery to Yakutat, Alaska. The contractor will also be required to install these units at the site (site will already be prepared). Area of land over which the units will be installed at Yakutat, Alaska is approximately 4 acres. There will be certain unit design requirements for the units which can be obtained by requesting the preliminary design objectives. Possible areas of consideration for evaluation may be as follows: 1) Expected delivery to the site once awarded; 2) Willingness of the contractor to ship, transport to the site, erect, hook-up utilities and test; 3) Warranty and general cost information; 4) Standard floor configurations, specifications, and descriptions of models available.
