Sources sought for the following services. The guard services will cover a wide-ranging geographic area comprising locations in populated cities as well as at very remote sites. GSA's FPSD is seeking capable small business firms that can provide all management, supervision, labor, materials/supplies and equipment, as well as firms that can plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of deliverable services with 300 or more guards at an approximate value of 9 to 12 million dollars per year. The contract will be for one year with two 2-year options.The RFP will require per hour prices for six different areas which include six separate DOL wage determinations. The contract will require one hour of on-site supervision for every eight hours of delivered service, including services delivered to remote locations. The contractor may be required to provide emergency delivery of additional guard services on very short notice. Bid and Performance bonds will be required. Offerors will be required to prove demonstrated experience for the previous 5 years with contracts that have requirements of similar magnitude and complexity.
