The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing total and complete heating and cooling systems operation, maintenance, and repair. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, repairs parts and supplies, except as specified by the Government. Contractor's work and responsibility shall include all contractor planning, programming, administration, and management necessary to provide all the services. Period of the contract is one year with option to extend four additional one year periods. The work is to be performed at the Corpus Christi Army. The services will require that the contractor be located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. A wage determination for this area will be provided with the solicitation.
