MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF FACILITIES FOR PREVENTION OF WATER INFILTRATION AT US MILITARY ACADEMY, WEST POINT, NEW YORK The U.S. Army Engineer District, New York will be soliciting proposals for a two (2)phase, design-build indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (Task Order) contract procurement for maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of facilities for the prevention of Water Infiltration in various facilities at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York. Prior to the issuance of this solicitation the New York District will issue Water Infiltration Scope of Work (SOW) for Industry comment. This document will be available on the District Website at http://www.nan.usace.army.mil. This is NOT a solicitation and proposals are not requested, however, industry is invited and encouraged to review SOW and send written comments to the New York District at U.S. Army Engineer District, New York, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0090, ATTN: CENAN-EN, Jose Diaz, concerning the procurement approach as set forth in the procurement workshop document. While the District will not respond individually to comments, they will be considered by the Corps in preparing the Water Infiltration RFP. To further this dialogue with industry, an Industry Forum will be held on 20 January 1999 beginning approx. 9:30 A.M. at West Point, New York.
