materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision as necessary to
remove oily sludge and clean interior surfaces of rail tank cars,
tanker trucks, stationary tanks, and portable tanks at the Portsmouth
Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. The SIC code for this procurement is
7699 with a size standard of $5,000,000. The contract will include a
base year with options for up to an additional four calendar years.
This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
The response date shown above is an estimated date. Once the
solicitation is issued all firms requesting the solicitation will be
given a copy. Bidders/Offerors interested in obtaining plans and
specifications for this project must submit their written request to:
