Kent Street, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22209-2131, Tel: (703) 875-4357, Fax: (703) 875-4009 The U.S. Trade and Development Agency invites the submission of expressions of interest and qualifications from U.S. firms which are qualified on the basis of experience and capability to provide financial and legal assistance to the Government of Turkmenistan (GOTX) to assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements related to the Trans-Caspian Gas Pipeline Project. The pipeline would be constructed from Turkmenistan to Turkey over the next several years. TDA may provide funding to allow the GOTX to hire a U.S. firm to provide such assistance. A detailed Request for Proposals (RFP), which would include the requirements for a Proposal and the consultancys Terms of Reference, will be provided if TDA funds this assistance. Interested U.S. firms should submit their expressions of interest and a brief statement of the qualifications of the proposed firm(s) (no more than three pages total) to TDA at the above address by December 4, 1998.
