The US Postal Service (USPS) is in the process of requalifiying four (4) companies to compete for a contract to act as a Sure Money (Dinero Seguro) distribution agent in the Philippines. The companies are: Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company; Bank of the Philippines Islands; PCI Bank; and; Philippine National Bank. The successful contractor will be responsible for disbursement of funds transferred from the United States to the Philippines as part of the Sure Money program. The company must have a minimum of 200 distribution sites in the Philippines.
