The existing 4958 sf ski & skeet lodge is to be renovated so as to bring the facility into compliance with handicapped accessibility and electrical standards and to increase the size of the snack bar, kitchen, storage areas and maintenance rooms and air-handling system. New lighting, carpeting, ceilings and some furnishings are included. Three additions to the existing building are to be constructed and equipped: 1) a 1420 sf lobby connecting the lodge building to the adjacent ski rental building and which is to include an office, mechanical room and lockers; 2) a 752 sf addition for skeet purposes to include an office, secure storage and lounge; and, 3) up to 2482 sf of wooden decks. Surface drainage is to be improved. The parking lot is to be graded and lighting provided. The parking lot may be expanded. The buildings will be in use through April 7, 1999 and must be available for use after September 15, 1999. The project is in English units.
