L -- TOPMON TECHNICAL SERVICES SOL None POC jpowell @email.usps.gov This is a notice that the U.S. Postal Service intends to negotiate noncompetitively with ABACI to fully test, integrate and implement TOPMON monitoring software into the USPS TPM infrastructure. The services are necessary to ensure successful incorporation of the enterprise middleware suite known as TPM TOPEND into the USPS technology infrastructure. Interested parties are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. If it is determined that a competitive acquisition will be more advantageous, a solicitation may be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the USPS not to open the requirement to competition based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USPS. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determination whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
