The Internal Revenue Service is conducting a sole source acquisition with Work/Life Benefits under FAR 6.302-1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Request for Quotations, RFQ No. TIRWR-99-Q-0015 under SIC code 2759. The contractor shall supply commuter vouchers for the IRS Southern California area employees in support of the IRS Public Transportation Subsidy Program. Commuter vouchers shall be available in different denominations to allow flexibility in administration of the program.
