The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to procure services for Ukraine as specified in agreements between the Department of Defense of the United States of America and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine concerning provision of material, services and related training in connection with the elimination of Strategic Nuclear Arms Elimination, dated 5 Dec 93. Under this contract, Morrison Knudson Corporation shall operate and maintain the Mikhailyenki SS-24 missile storage area, provide equipment and fixtures necessary for handling and safe storage of LMCs in buildings in Pavlograd, construct a guard building, support SS-24 LMC inspection and storage operations, maintain buildings, installed equipment, and their associated infrastructure, maintain security for and accountability of the LMCs so that each LMC can be associated with its parent missile, and procure equipment for the operation of the Mikhailyenki SS-24 missile storage area.
