The uniform service is for employees who handle paints, industrial inks, solvents and various types of chemicals classified as contaminants and/or irritants. The Contractor will be required to pick up soiled uniforms from and deliver the laundered uniforms to D.C. facility on a weekly basis. BEP currently has approximately 1,240 employees in Washington, D.C. uniform service. The BEP anticipates issuing the solicitation by November 20, 1998.
