The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), has a requirement to obtain various parts, tools, equipment, software and supplies in support of a microcomputer maintenance, repair and support program, on an as-needed basis via simplified acquisition procedures. Competitive quotes are requested through this synopsis and the resulting purchase order will be a not-to-exceed order. The vendor will be required to deliver the requested microcomputer spare parts and tools within five business days following FMS' placement of a call for a specified part(s)/tool(s). The vendor will be required to deliver the specified part(s)/tool(s) to either of the following FMS locations, with the location to be determined on a per-call basis: (1) Financial Management Service, 3700 East West Highway, Room 400C, Hyattsville, MD 20785; or, (2) Financial Management Service, 401 14th Street, SW, Room 108, Washington, DC 20227. It is essential that the vendor be capable of supplying a wide variety of parts/tools/equipment/software/supplies that are of the latest industry technology.
