requirement for AC-to-DC and DC-to-DC power conversion modules for use
in testing the Integrated Power System (IPS). The modules have been
designed by Power Systems Group, Anaheim, CA as subcontractor under a
competitively awarded prime contract for design/development of the IPS,
which is an electric-drive propulsion system for US Navy warships.
Integration services for the IPS land-based engineering site and the
IPS zonal electrical distribution system test vessel will also be
procured. The Navy intends to award on a sole-source basis to Power
Systems Group, Anaheim, CA. See Numbered Notes: 22 and 26. Posted
